Chief Executive Officer - Jason Garsee 

Jason attended University of Louisiana at Monroe in Construction Management.  His career in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry started in 1993, and Jason opened his own business, in 1998, Garsee Heating and Air, LLC.  That same year he received his Universal HVAC License from the ESCO Institute.  Jason has acquired his Louisiana State Mechanical Contractors License and Residential building Contractors License in addition to his Louisiana State Electrical and Solar License.  He has immersed himself in the solar industry since forming Garsee Heating and Air.  He became licensed in the state of Louisiana in the Specialty of "Louisiana Solar Equipment" and has taken numerous training courses from well-known solar manufacturers such as Outback Power, Evergreen, Xantrex, Fronius Inverters, Kaco Inverters, Heliodyne Solar Hot Water, Direct Power and Water, Uni-Rac, and R.E.C. and numerous others.  Jason has used this experience and knowledge to gain a foothold in the solar installation business in Louisiana and has trained a plethora of solar installers.  In October of 2010, Jason was honored with the Northeast Louisiana Young Professional's "Top 20 Under 40" for his continued success in the solar industry.  Jason's expertise and achievements in the solar industry has allowed him to make numerous contacts in the solar manufacturing business that will be key to the success of Solar Energy Supply.

Chief Training and Operations Officer - Harold Butler

Harold received his Associate's Degree in Applied Science at Pueblo College, Pueblo, Colorado and has worked for over 47 years in HVACR. Throughout his distinguished career, Butler has worked in service, installations, sales and estimating.  He has been an instructor for high school and adult vocational courses in HVACR and obtained a Lifetime Teaching Certificate from Louisiana State University campuses in Shreveport and Natchitoches.  With his extensive teaching background, Harold conducts solar seminars, educational workshops and hands on training to engineers, architects and electricians nationwide.  Harold also has an R.S.E.S. CMS Certification and will have an integral role in the training and certification of employees as well as installers of solar energy supply.
